Minutes
Present: Chairperson Melissa Engel and members, William Devine, Christopher Goff, Scott Minnick and John Tuttle. Also present was Acting Town Manager, Robert Drewry, Recording Secretary, Cathy Sirois and members of the public.
Absent: Vice Chairman Thomas Cordeiro and Susan Weintraub.
Chairperson Engel called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Mr. Tuttle made a motion that the Town Council rescind the vote of January 8, 2008 adopting a resolution to create a Water Development Task Force. Seconded by Mr. Devine. The Council members discussed their reasons for wanting to rescind and their reasons to keep the resolution as written. So voted (4-1) Mr. Minnick opposed.
Chairperson Engel provided a new resolution for the Water Development Task Force. Mr. Devine made a motion to accept the revised resolution to create a Water Development Task Force. Seconded by Mr. Tuttle. Ms. Engel explained the changes from the original resolution. So voted (4-1). Mr. Minnick opposed.
A motion was made by Mr. Devine, seconded by Mr. Tuttle to adjourn the meeting at 6:25 p.m.
